Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + Great Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Local routes - Home daily

We are looking for a reliable CDL A or B Driver with warehouse experience to join our team. This position is a hands-on role that supports both local deliveries and daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy a mix of driving, forklift operation, and warehouse work, this could be a great fit.
Must have a CDL A or B license and forklift experience!

What You'll Do

• Make local deliveries as needed using company trucks (CDL A or B required)
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and stage orders for delivery or shipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse or machine shop tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Up to 1 year of work-related experience.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Warehouse, or similar, work environment, prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic messages are communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
• Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
• Follows standard procedures with no decision-making involved.
• Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
• Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.
• The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
• Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
