We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Financial Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on business partnership with the Supply Chain, Commercial, and Pricing functions. As a Sr. Financial Analyst - Business Partner, you will play a key role in analyzing financial and operational data, providing insights, and collaborating with the Commercial and Pricing teams to optimize processes, profitability, and achieve strategic goals.
Essential Job Duties
  • Partner with Commercial and Pricing leaders to build dashboards, analyze KPIs and develop strategies for profitable revenue growth.
  • Conduct customer deal analysis, evaluate selling effectiveness, and assess financial implications of Sales and Pricing initiatives.
  • Research industry and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities and strategic areas of interest.
  • Recommend actions in pricing optimization, customer segmentation, competitive analytics, and commercial strategy.
  • Develop business strategies, processes, and models, providing insights on their impact.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to plan and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial

Preferred Requirements
  • PowerBI and dashboarding experience
  • Experience with VBA, SQL, and/or Python coding
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (Including Power Pivot)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
