The Senior Real Estate Analyst is a key contributor to the Corporate Real Estate team, responsible for managing portfolio data systems, supporting transaction execution, and delivering strategic insights across North America. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across functions to ensure alignment between real estate strategies and operational priorities. The analyst will serve as a central point of accountability for data integrity, process discipline, and deal tracking across the company's industrial portfolio.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist with full-cycle deal execution, including site selection, financial modeling, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize the real estate platforms (LeaseQuery, Finance360, SharePoint, CBRE tools), ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and compliance.
- Enforce documentation standards, decision logs, and audit trails to support internal controls and portfolio transparency.
- Partner with CBRE to manage deal milestones, mitigate risk, and ensure timely execution across the transaction pipeline.
- Develop analytics and presentation materials for capital planning, transaction strategy, and leadership briefings.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Lease Administration, and Business Units to integrate real estate decisions with broader operational goals.
- Maintain records related to lease payments, facility issues, and landlord communications, ensuring consistency across systems.
- Support special initiatives that reinforce process rigor, portfolio governance, and internal communication standards.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate analytics, operations, or transaction management (industrial sector preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling; VBA/macros a plus) and Tableau.
- Proven success managing structured data and deal flow across systems and departments.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with colleagues, and deliver presentations to departmental or middle management.
